You are free to lean on AI tools such as Acrobat’s KI-Assistant for the heavy lifting, yet every line must still read naturally in English and stay faithful to the source. Solid German skills will help you catch the subtleties that automated translation can miss.
I have no formal style guide, but you will receive a handful of our previous SOPs in PDF; use them as visual references. From those, please establish one clean, consistent header and footer that carries through all 95 files. Font choices, bullet styles, and other layout details may follow the PDFs as long as the final result looks modern and uniform.
Timeline
• Day 1 after award: deliver the first converted SOP so we can agree on wording and formatting.
• Final hand-off: all remaining documents completed and approved by 2 February 2026.
