English-Spanish Business Report Translation

I have several business reports written in English that I need translated into clear, professional Spanish. The source files are in Word and range from executive summaries to detailed financial analyses, so accuracy in business terminology and consistency in style are essential.
I will provide the final page count and deadlines as soon as we begin; most reports are 10–20 pages and include a few charts and tables that must keep their original layout.
To make expectations transparent, here’s what I would like back from you:
• A Spanish-language version of each report in the same Word format, preserving headings, tables, and pagination.
• A short note highlighting any phrases that required interpretation choices or where the source text was ambiguous.
• Delivery in two milestones: a first full draft for my review, then a finalized version with my edits incorporated.
If you regularly work with CAT tools such as Trados, MemoQ, or Wordfast, that is a plus, but I mainly care about a polished result that reads as if it were originally written in Spanish.
