Employee-Centric Improvement Plan Video

I'm looking to create an engaging video presentation that will primarily inform our employees and management about the improvement plan we need to implement after having low scores from the survey results. We need to focus on some issues and feedback. This project aims to facilitate internal communication and convey important messages.

The topic assigned to me is “My contributions are not recognized properly”

This video should:
- elaborate on the topic
- Highlight key issues on why employees feel unappreciated
- Share scenarios between management and employees that could give a good example of getting low score on the topic
- Present our planned improvements in an understandable manner

The ideal freelancer for this job will have a background in corporate communication or HR video production. Experience in creating video content for internal communication purposes will be valuable. We're looking for someone who can build a powerful narrative, so strong storytelling and scripting skills are a must. Understanding of corporate environments and an ability to convey complex information in an engaging way is also essential. Video editing skills are required, as well as capability to incorporate graphic elements, as necessary, to make the content more engaging.
