Ecovadis Sustainability Assessment Support

I'm seeking an expert to assist our organization with a sustainability-focused EcoVadis assessment. We're a medical device manufacturing and injection molding company based in Los Angeles. Our clients are increasingly asking us to have a strong EcoVadis rating and historically, we have never been rated, so we're looking to ensure we change that as quickly as possible. While we feel confident in our ability to produce some of the required materials to be evaluated, the main emphasis in terms of why we're seeking the advice of a consultant is regarding evaluating and improving our environmental impact, particularly in the areas of waste management, resource efficiency, and some other key areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting a thorough Ecovadis sustainability assessment with a focus on environmental impact.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in waste management, resource efficiency, and some additional areas.
- Providing strategic recommendations for enhancing our overall sustainability performance.
- Helping us establish the appropriate metrics and documentation to provide to EcoVadis, so that we are not only compliant with the requirements of the assessment, but also to ensure we have as high of a rating as possible given where we are (or could be) as a business.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Ecovadis assessments, particularly sustainability evaluations.
- Strong understanding of environmental impact metrics and waste management strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver actionable recommendations for resource efficiency improvements.
- Highly experienced in gathering and completing documentation for EcoVadis assessment.
- Experience in the same industry (injection molding, manufacturing, medical devices)
