Customer Service/Project Manager for WebDesign & Marketing Agency - Part Time
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management for website and software development projects and excellent customer service skills. In addition to managing projects, the Project Manager will also be responsible for call and email follow-ups with clients, social media management, and video editing. The ability to write compelling content is also a plus. Bonus points if you have WordPress skills and graphic design experience.
***This position will start as part time from the hours of 9 am to 1 pm PST****
Responsibilities:
• Manage website and software development projects from start to finish, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Provide excellent customer service through regular communication with clients and prospects
• Follow up with clients via calls and emails to provide updates and identify potential upgrades
• Create and schedule social media posts to help grow the company's online presence
• Edit videos for use in marketing and promotional materials
• Write compelling content for use in marketing and promotional materials
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in project management, specifically for website and software development projects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Slack, Basecamp, Asana etc..
• Experience with social media management and video editing
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling content (can use AI)
• Bonus skills: WordPress & graphic design
