Comprehensive Onboarding & Communication Training Materials
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need comprehensive training materials prepared for a small podiatry clinic. I have the subject matter expert scripts, I need to have slides and explainer videos for each script created. There is a series of 12-15 modules. These will be focused on a mix of onboarding, communication, clinical skills sharing. They need to be more than 15 minutes long, with the majority being 30 minutes to complete the module in total, highly engaging, yet succinct and effective at conveying a mix of concepts. They need to be in our branding colours and logo. These modules are intended for a mix of internal training and new graduate/4th health student use for our clinical mentoring program. They will be uploaded into talent LMS. We will need to have access to presentations/videos in an editing capacity to update in future as needed. Preferred platform we already use for materials is canva and google docs/presentations. We will need to be able to upload video format to YouTube.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with creating training materials.
- Strong understanding of effective communication strategies.
- Ability to provide detailed instruction of order of documents to be uploaded for each module into talent LMS
- Capacity to make more than 5 minute long videos, info graphs, presentation slides/images. Ability to offer voice over options to incorporate subject matter scripts or allow for our team to inert voice overs at later date.

By the end, they should have a good understanding of their tasks, a clear idea of the clinic communication steps, professional protocols and basic clinical skills. The format could be PowerPoint slides, but feel free to suggest other methods if you think they're more effective. Remember, your work will be the building block for new members of our team. So, creativity and effectiveness are highly appreciated. We do have a strict budget and timeline for this project and wish for the majorly of materials to be completed within the next 3 weeks.
