Comprehensive HR Consultation for Small Business

As a small business, we need an experienced human resources consultant to review all of our HR processes. This includes our employee onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance tracking.

Key Tasks:
- Assess all HR functions and tools within our small business
- Evaluate and suggest improvements for hiring, recruitment, employee development, training, benefits, handbooks and company regulations materials for employees, compensation, time tracking, etc.
- Analyze both our digital tools and physical processes for HR

Your Role:
