Q1 -Set a new strategy for the Omni-Health e-commerce department (Guest care center + Ecommerce+ Adherence+ Global) Focusing on Guest experience, managing other stakeholders, Drive Tele sales, and saving the cost. you can use the same 3 strategy pillars (Winning with people, winning with guests, and winning with retail excellence)
Q2-
a- Assess the current situation and analyze the performance for the after-call visit evaluation indicating where and how to improve the low performer’s agents per line of business in after-call evaluation.
b- Analyze the Top call drivers (TCDs) and how to automate solutions to minimize the flow.
Q3- you are assigned by the E-commerce department manager to achieve 100 Mil SAR,2024 from Tele sales - prepare your solid action plan covering all pain points to engage and motivate agents to create orders on behalf of the guest.
Q4- Review the attached home delivery performance(order details & Revenue) of Riyadh & East regions in 2023,and assess the current situation performance indicating where to invest & how to improve the performance of these two regions.
Q5- ez-pill is one of the new initiatives to enhance the Adherence ratio for our guests, prepare two slides on how to increase the awareness of the service for internal and external guests
