Commercial Invoice & Survey Report PDFs

I need two clear, professionally formatted documents prepared as PDFs:

1. A commercial invoice that shows only the prices and total amount for each line item.
2. A Laporan Surveyor containing the inspection details collected on site.

I will supply the raw figures and notes; you will structure them into clean, business-ready layouts, apply consistent styling, and return press-ready PDFs. If you already have reliable templates for invoices or Indonesian survey reports, feel free to adapt them—as long as the finished files look polished and the information is easy to read.

Accuracy in numbers and spelling is essential. Please let me know what software you plan to use (Excel-to-PDF, Word, InDesign, or similar) and your expected turnaround time.
