Business Partnership Proposal Draft
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m getting ready to approach a prospective company with an offer of kemitraan bisnis and need a proposal that instantly communicates why collaborating with us is the right move. The document has to be structured, visually tidy and, above all, convincing—from the executive summary right down to the call-to-action page. It will be written in Indonesian; a short English abstract at the end would be helpful for any non-local stakeholders.
Core narrative
• Objective: clearly state that the proposal’s aim is “Mengajukan kerjasama” in the form of a mutually beneficial business partnership.
• Value proposition: capture our strengths, show the synergy, and outline what each side stands to gain (revenue growth, market expansion, shared resources, etc.).
• Proof of capability: weave in solid “Contoh proyek sebelumnya” with brief outcomes and metrics to show we can deliver.
• Partnership framework: spell out roles, responsibilities, success indicators, and a high-level timeline.
• Next steps: an actionable, easy-to-follow closing section that invites the partner to move forward.
Deliverables I expect
- A professionally formatted proposal (MS Word or Google Docs) ready for branding or direct printing/PDF export.
- A one-page English summary.
- Editable graphics or charts, if any, in their source files.
Acceptance criteria
1. All mandatory sections above are present.
2. Language flows naturally, free of grammatical errors.
3. Previous project examples are concrete and verifiable.
4. Document is delivered on or before the agreed deadline and is fully editable.
I already have general company information; once we agree to collaborate I’ll share brand guidelines, logos, and any additional figures you might need. If you feel that including data keuangan perusahaan or our rencana strategis would strengthen the pitch, let me know and I can supply those as supplementary appendices.
