Hello! We are seeking a sales veteran with experience in creating sales presentations for services that follow procedures. It is one thing to take information and separate it by titles and slides but another to explain why certain things are done in specific ways while keeping the presentation as short and straightforward as possible and tying everything together.
Our main clients are building owners and building management companies who have a basic understanding of the energy efficiency world. They have followed a process that most energy solutions, energy auditors, and contracting companies have proposed and set as a "standard" over the years.
We are putting a presentation together that explains a different process for getting more bang for their buck, higher annual $ savings, much higher incentives/rebates, and more! The trick is to put everything together into a presentation that is easy to understand.
Additionally, most building managers and owners are crazy busy and between 40 and 70 years old. We would like the presentations to be "modern" but also something that is simple and relatable enough for the ~older~ demographic to relate to.
