ATS Resume Formatting Revamp

I have a solid résumé that lands interviews when it reaches a human, yet it still gets filtered out by many Applicant Tracking Systems. I need someone who can take the content I already have and restructure it so it passes standard ATS scans without losing its professional polish.

Here’s what matters most to me:
• A clean, keyword-optimized layout that parses correctly in popular ATS platforms (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Proper section hierarchy and consistent formatting—no tables or graphics that confuse parsing engines.
• Delivery of the final document in both editable Word (.docx) and PDF formats, ready for direct upload.
