I need a management consultant

Islington Council are looking at the possibility of procuring and deploying an Inventory Management System to manage Housing stock control and supplies. We need a consultant to develop a business case for the council and to carry out market testing for the selection of a preferred supplier. The timescales are approximately 3 months.
