Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm seeking a registered valuer to appraise my LLP company with the intention of selling it. The preferred method of valuation is the Income Approach or any latest method.
Key Points:
- The valuation will be used for selling the company.
- The Income Approach is the preferred method or any other method used by European companies.
- I have recent profit and loss statements and projected revenue growth available for your consideration.
- Please have experience with company valuations and a strong understanding of the Income Approach and valuation as per european companies
- He/She should have experience in M&A
