Internal Enterprise software valuation for assets assessment and mergers and acquisitions

Important : You MUST have a registered company and provide the valuation in your company letterhead signed and stamped, in order to be legal
We developed internal POS/cashier software internally, the project is huge and we have been developing it for the last 6 years, the project may have from 500K to 1000K lines of code. We need to value this asset in order to add it to our financial statements and to help us to restructure our company as we may split them in two separate entities
