I am looking for a skilled financial analyst to conduct a confidential Discounted Cashflow Analysis and valuation on a target company. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating working capital requirements and net present value.
Requirements:
- Experience in conducting Discounted Cashflow Analysis and valuation
- Ability to estimate working capital requirements and net present value
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and data
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in financial analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the target company's financial statements and data
- Estimate the working capital requirements and net present value
- Calculate the Discounted Cashflow Analysis using the expected growth rate of 2-5%
- Provide a comprehensive analysis report in a format and presentation that meets industry standards
