I run a saas company and am wanting to make individual chat bots for my clients, to answer questions and get info from their new customers. Currently if someone calls them and they dont respond they will get an auto missed call text back. Saying, "Hi this is ________ with _______ company sorry we missed your call how can I help you?" this conversation would trigger a tag that enters them into our CRM and I want a chat bot to finish this conversation to the point of booking a call, appointment, or signing up. So that when my client logs into the crm they can see the full conversation and reach out if needed.
