Marketing Automation for Barbershop

Hello Folk,

I'm looking to design and implement a process to manage/control a barbershop. The process should manage/track visitor and services provided. Goal is to remotely be able at anytime to check number of visitor and the services the booked/paid for.
I need a solution which meets above requirements and also handle following:
- Customer journey
- Marketing automation
- Staff management
