Help write a proposal for a four day work week -- 2

Hi, I am looking for help with a document to propose a four-day work week to a management group. I had taken on somebody else’s services and they have ghosted me at the last minute so I will need to pay for expedited services. I have an outline and a poorly written draft that’s just needs a do-over. I don’t need any help with formatting just editing and additions where needed.
