Enhance website for SEO and Branding for a Soft Skills Corporate training company

We have a rudimentary website on Squarespace. We need assistance to improve the content and make it stand out. Currently the website is not at all on the Search Engine radar. that needs to be addressed by doing SEO relevant corrections .
The potentially successful bid will be someone or a team who understands the essence and brand of the company offering the services and our uniqueness. If you have previous experience developing a soft skills training company website or similar business website you will stand a better chance.
Content development is important too and we from this end will only offer minimum assistance as we are busy. In view of that we want content developed by team that speaks and writes English as 1st language or professionally.
