I need hands-on support to shape our growth roadmap and streamline day-to-day operations for my early-stage venture.
Scope of work
• Market research and analysis – size the opportunity, map competitors, and highlight attractive niches using credible data sources.
• Business model development – translate insights into a clear business model canvas with revenue streams, pricing logic, key partners, and a 12-month financial snapshot.
• Process optimization – audit our current workflows, flag bottlenecks, and propose lean, time-saving improvements.
• Team management – create a simple KPI framework, outline roles and responsibilities, and set up performance-tracking rituals that keep everyone aligned.
Deliverables
1. Market research report (PDF + editable spreadsheets) with citations.
2. Business model canvas and supporting financial projections.
3. Operational playbook detailing optimized processes, RACI matrix, and recommended tools.
4. 30-day action plan for team management, including a KPI dashboard template.
I’ll share existing financials, process maps, and an org chart once we kick off. Timeline is 3–4 weeks with weekly Zoom check-ins. Please highlight past strategy or operations projects, your preferred research tools, and any experience with Lean methods or platforms such as Asana or Monday.com.
