I need documentation writer for narrative neded ahead of an interview

I have a third-round interview but before I meet I would like to send over a summary of the previous conversations and an overview of how I would approach the role. I've completed all the content however it's just in list form so far. I need it to both read better and look more professional. It is a CEO position and needs to look right.
