document control

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with document control. The documents I need to control will be forms and templates. I do not have a specific format or system in place yet, so I need a system to be implemented. I am looking to control more than 20 documents. The right freelancer should be able to provide advice, develop a document control system, and help me create an efficient system for controlling my forms and templates.
