Setup DocuSign for e-Signature (Spain/EU) + Multilingual Legal Template Creation
Budget: €5,000 – €9,000 EUR
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us with two main tasks:
1. Setup DocuSign for Spain/EU Compliance
- Configure DocuSign for electronic signatures in line with Spain/EU regulations.
- Ensure settings are optimized for legal enforceability in the EU.
- Integrate branding and workflow for easy use.
2. Create and Format Legal Document Dynamic Templates
- Using our provided Spanish legal documents, create DocuSign-ready templates.
- Ensure formatting allows for electronic signing and multilingual display.
- Documents to prepare:
- Mandato de venta (Spanish) – Legal document granting authority to sell on behalf of someone.
- Contrato de arras (Spanish) – Earnest money contract for property or asset sales.
- NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) – Acuerdo de confidencialidad / Contrato de confidencialidad in Spanish.
- Offers (Ofertas) – General proposals or bids.
- Attestation de mise en vente (French) – Spanish equivalent: Certificado de puesta en venta / Declaración de puesta en venta.
- LOI (Letter of Intent) – Carta de intenciones.
3. Translation into 6 Languages
Translate all templates into:
- English
- Spanish
- French
- German
- Dutch
- Russian
Maintain legal accuracy and formatting in all languages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with DocuSign setup and template creation.
- Familiarity with Spain/EU e-signature regulations.
- Legal document formatting expertise.
- Professional translation skills (preferably native or near-native in the target languages).
- Strong attention to detail for formatting and legal accuracy.
Timeline:
- Setup and initial template creation: To be defined/agereed.
- Translation and final delivery: To be defined/agereed.
