As an e-commerce business, we do not have a physical location in Austria, which is where we would need assistance. What we are asking you to do is to provide us with a local address in Austria where you can receive a postcard. We will then ask you to receive the postcard on our behalf and send us the verification code on the card. This is a one-time service and you will not receive further postal mail from Microsoft and the address will not be further used.
