Join a high-impact project team supporting the implementation of Workforce Management (WFM) software across LATAM. We’re seeking a Governance Subject Matter Expert with strong payroll expertise or experience in data privacy regulations—someone who can apply their depth of knowledge to help gather and document requirements across these governance domains. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of LATAM HR - or - data privacy policies, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to translate legal and regulatory frameworks into functional system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, validate, and document labor laws, data privacy regulations, and collective bargaining agreements for each LATAM location
Translate complex regulatory and contractual inputs into clear, actionable functional requirements for the implementation team
Support the design and review of UAT test cases
Partner on the development and delivery of training content for "TO-BE" Processes

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a payroll manager, tax auditor, and/or data privacy governance expert
Experience creating system requirements and process documentation
Fluent in Spanish and English - THIS IS A MUST!!!
