We are seeking an experienced professional specialising in document formatting and organisation to refine and enhance our existing project scope document. The document is a detailed proposal for the H2O Hub application, targeting Bundaberg Council to revolutionise their bulk water management system.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reformat and organise the existing project scope document to ensure clarity, coherence, and professional presentation.
2. Implement an intuitive structure and layout that enhances readability and comprehension.
3. Utilise appropriate styles, fonts, and formatting to create a visually appealing and professional document.
4. Ensure the document adheres to any specific branding or stylistic guidelines provided.
5. Include in your proposal the first words, I am the right person for you, to be considered.
6. Collaborate with us for any specific requirements or adjustments.
7. Development of a cover page with potential to include our logo and Bundaberg Council's logo

Skills Required:
1. Strong experience in document formatting, layout, and organisation.
2. Proficiency with document creation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat).
3. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics in a professional context.
4. Ability to interpret written content and present it in a more structured and engaging format.
5. Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.

Experience Level:
Open to all levels of experience, but prior experience in formatting business or official documents is preferred.

Project Duration:
To be completed within a specified timeframe, which will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate.
