BRD - Business Requirements Document for a Building Management Software
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We’re developing SmartLot, a new SaaS platform for building management. The first version will include:
1. Core Platform Features – Login, user management, roles/permissions, building profiles, etc.
2. Voting Module – Users can raise topics, comment, and vote on building-related decisions.
3. Task Lifecycle Management – Tracks tasks like repairs or requests from creation to completion, including assigning vendors and collecting quotes.
I am looking for an experienced Business Analyst to:
Gather requirements from me and convert into User Stories and Use Cases
Document functional requirements and user flows for each module
Create process diagrams
Requirements:
Proven BA experience (3+ years) in SaaS/product development
Ability to lead discovery sessions and write clear, structured specs
Experience with property/building management is a bonus
