3 year Business Plan for a Renewable Energy (Wind Solar) project

I need help to draft and compose a generic 3 year business plan for an engineering company, with focus in renewable energy system, combination of wind and solar technologies. The company is an engineering company with mechanical, electrical and electronics elements to make up the wind and solar renewable energy system.
The company has a USP for its wind solar system, different from the majority of the wind turbine technologies in the market. Need to provide general growth storyline/path for a generic business plan.
I can share my financial forecast which has all the parameters of the business. Need to read this excel file, high level presentation slides, some white papers and translate them into a business proposal for a non critical reader (ie investor).
