I am Aly El Saied from El Saied’s group for restaurants management. I would like to give a brief introduction on our operations in the market. El Saied’s group is an Egyptian fast food company that owns Koshary El Tahrir , which was founded in 1964. Koshary El Tahrir is a restaurant that serves the Koshary dish in Egypt and Saudi Arabia with over 24 branches . Koshary is a vegan dish made of rice, macaroni, and lentils mixed together, topped with a spiced tomato sauce and garlic vinegar and garnished with chickpeas and crispy fried onions. It is often served with sprinklings of garlic juice; garlic vinegar and hot sauce are optional.
Our company is interested to enter the UK market and to open its first branch there. To do so, we need to apply for a sole representative visa; we do have all the required documents except that we do need to present a business plan.
