we are looking to buy an existing business (cafe) that has been up an running for 7 years and has a current turnover of £76,495 with a gross profit of £47,172 - the busnnies we are planning to buy cost £34,995 also the cafe is on an leasehold which has currently 1 year left but can be extended with the council which cost £15,000 per year. also the current owners have invested over £50,000 into the cafe that's comes with all equipment upon purchase - we are looking to go to natwest bank for a small business loan plan of £50,000 .
