I need a grant writer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am an ex-felon and want to start a for profit Intrastate trucking company in the state of Indiana. I need help finding the right grants and writing the grants that WILL be accepted and AWARDED to start this business. I have a business plan, equipment and safety feature specs, and a breakdown of expenses, costs, and profit margins.
I will use the grants to help me purchase in full or in part five semi-tractors, with additional after-market "SAFETY and SECURITY" accessories and features added to each vehicle to promote safer highways, safer driving habits, as well as stronger security and accountability factors on each vehicle to insure the clients product is delivered in a timely and efficient manner with no interruptions to the supply chain. I will also need running capital to get this company through the first five months of operation, after which time the business should run itself.
Three of the five Class-A CDL drivers being hired to operate three of the five semi-tractors will be ex-felons, needing a break to make it back into societal norms without recidivism.
It is my goal to help another 2 to 15 ex-felons just out of prison to gain meaningful employment to reduce the recidivism rate in the state of Indiana over the next 24 to 36 months after starting this trucking company.
