I need a business planner.

My name is Tameka Evans, I am a 28 year old mother of 5. I need an entire business plan with projections and everything. I want to open a restaurant, and have a spice/sauce line. I already have the spices and sauces ready to sell. I jusst need funding to get it off the ground. My goal is to have restaurants in Washington DC, ATL, and California and I want my spices & sauces to be sold in stores.
