I need a business plan written for NZ immigration

I am in need of a business plan to be written that meets the requirements of the NZ work visa. I have a basic plan written that can be used to further guide the new plan and help with many questions. This is an automotive related company and the first of its kind for New Zealand, so I am looking for quality and skill above all else.
