I need a business plan writer

I plan to start a small business. The business is going to be a wedding venue. The wedding venue I am envisioning is a self-sustaining business that is more geared towards renting my property and buildings to the bride and groom. I don not plan on catering or over seeing there wedding. My plan is simply to rent out my facilities.
