I need a business plan writer

I need someone to write a complete business plan for me. Meaning everything. It is a start up and is an aesthetic/laser hair removal business in the UK and I need this business plan for the purpose of obtaining a start up loan. I do not know how to do anything so would need someone to do everything from scratch.
