I need a business plan writer

This is a non-profit to be created by splitting an existing larger non-profit into western (new) and eastern (continuing) independent non-profits. As such, I can supply all the necessary financials from the past five years identifying the western spend and asset valuation, including audited financial statements. This is not complex, no great invention is needed. I will begin by sharing a document (attached) that summarizes the concept and objectives.
