I need a Business Plan Writer

I am looking to create a business plan for startup passenger disabilities transportation business. The business would consist of transporting indviduals from 10 years to senior aged individuals, whether they have a physical or mental disability. My mission is everyone should have a save place to ride and be comfortable to have transportation no matter what there destination is. For example, if the customer needs a ride to store, movies, doctors appointments or simply anywhere they need to maintain normal daily life.

I would transport 14 passengers at a time. I would have a friendly ride a long passenger to assist any passengers that need additional assistance.

Eventually, my goal is to bridge the transportation business to my private practice in neuropsychology in the future.
