business plan and cash flow

Purchase a property which has 2 existing business and empty space of about 5000 sq ft. Planning to build our restaurant and day spa in that space.

Attached Business plan: Already had a business plan for a project for restaurant, modified that for this project. Until capital requirement its incorporated spa and restaurant, but after that its only restaurant content. Need to get similar content for spa.
