I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a comprehensive business plan to apply for a loan in order to purchase a franchise for a TSG tobacco store.

Loan Amount:
- I am seeking a loan amount of 160,000 to cover the costs of purchasing the franchise.
- The business sale at $180,000, initial stock and accessories cost around $120,000. We have $140,000 cash to invest in, so loan amount is 160,000
Existing Financial Data:
- I have detailed financial data for the business I plan to buy, which can be used to support my loan application.
- The existing business turn over around 1.8 million a year, average margin is 15% and business been operating successfully more than 1.5 years, achieve the store grating diamond plus (highest rating in franchise system)
Project Timeline:
- I am aiming to complete the loan approval process and purchase the franchise business as soon as i can
