I am looking to hire a freelancer to develop a comprehensive business plan to help my business secure funding. This plan should include an operational strategy, including a market analysis and financial projections. I expect the project to be completed within a one-month timeframe. The freelancer I select must have demonstrated experience in developing business plans, as well as sound knowledge of business operations and strategy.
