balanced scorecard template

I am looking for a freelancer to create a customizable balanced scorecard template in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. The template should include the necessary elements to measure performance, but I don't need any specific KPIs or metrics included. I need the template to be user-friendly and simple to use. It should have easy to use drop-down boxes with options, as well as user-friendly navigation. Ability to add or delete sections to make it more personalized would be a great addition. moroever I need the structure to cater to an organization with 20 departments each having their own sheet in the excel, as well as a sheet (dashboard like) that consolidated the scores of all divisons with respective table, figures, charts, etc. whatever you deem necessary. The template should be easy to configure such as have a place for departments, company logo etc. moreover the template should have all the necessary fields required for a balanced scorecard template and performance monitoring tool.
