My mission is to help SME’s grow and strengthen their Human Resources practice by auditing their existing operations and offering new efficient processes and best practices. I have an idea to start a membership site for HRM professionals to bring them together on a platform to help them with ideas, inspirations, programs, events, e-learnings, premium content etc. All HRM related. I have no experience with membership sites so i would like you to write me a detailed plan.
