I have researched the sources of the product from all major sources, prices, bagging, shipping and cleaning contractors.

The market is there and the product is available from various locations.
Three critical success factors are the contract, the finance and the procurement.
Initially, my company will concentrate on getting the sales contracts from overseas clients and the finance and use very reliable contractors to handle purchasing, cleaning, bagging and shipping the product to the client.
Later , we will build our own facility for cleaning, bagging and transportation to Port.

I have an MBA from Coventry University London and about 10 years experience in banking industry and business .
The other team members 20 years experience in the agriculture value chain.
We need to get a professional business plan and a pitch so we can present to investors for an initial investment of 900,000 dollars.
