Write a business plan for short term accommodation business

I am looking for a freelancer to write a detailed business plan for my short term accommodation business. My target audience will be both business travelers/corporate clients/contractors and tourists. in Scotland and the North East of England. I need help with the financial projections and goals, and I would like the business operations plan to have a detailed operational plan.
