Virtual Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee all marketing activities and operations for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, and possess excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives, and providing strategic guidance to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and sell real estate properties, and attract potential buyers and renters
Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business goals
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns
Utilize market research and data analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and optimize current strategies
Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, digital ads, and videos
Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and media outlets to maximize exposure for our brand and properties
Manage and monitor budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and organizational changes
Experience with Real Geeks, Follow up boss and other real estate lead gen platforms highly preferred.
