Travel Services Strategic Plan Development

I'm seeking a professional with substantial experience in strategic planning, cost management, and policy development for corporate travel services department. The main deliverable of this project is a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at improving the efficiency of our travel services. The plan will be developed using Porter’s Five Forces framework, so familiarity with this methodology is a must.

Key Tasks:
- Develop a strategic plan for the travel services department
- Create a mock travel budget
- Draft a policy proposal

The ideal freelancer for this project will have a proven track record of creating effective strategic plans, as well as strong skills in cost management and policy development. Experience in the travel services sector is highly desirable. The project will also involve creating some infographics for the presentation, so skills in visual communication will be a plus.
