I am seeking an individual with a deep understanding of compliance and risk management, ideally with experience in the role of a support worker. The main objective of this project is to enhance compliance and anticipate any potential risks that could occur in the context of health and safety.
- Proficient in the Risk Management field and understanding related legal requirements will be key
- Experience in the healthcare sector or with sole trader support workers preferred
- Tasks will include the creation and implementation of policies and procedures, as well extending coaching on understanding them
- Policies will address specifically health and safety concerns.
The overarching goal is to ensure my business as a sole trader support worker sticks to best practices when it comes to health and safety and can tackle potential issues efficiently.
