Feasibility Study & Business Case - Hopetoun Former School Site Redevelopment
Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking to engage a consultant to develop a feasibility assessment and business case for the Hopetoun School Site Community Hub, building on and extending the outcomes of the developed Master Plan, in collaboration with the key community stakeholders and Council.
Associated deliverables for this project include a feasibility study and business case that identifies and clarifies the Project in terms of:
Principal economic benefits and employment outcomes it would generate.
Opportunities it will bring to the wider region, (Yarriambiack Shire and Wimmera Mallee region).
The primary community needs it addresses and/or viable enterprises it could support.
Funding required from investment, commercial sources, and all levels of government.
Funding required from the community, and the nature of that funding (eg level of matched funding in-kind).
Asset ownership, management, and governance structures.
An action plan for moving forward that identifies and prioritises steps and options.
Defining a unique value proposition for the township of Hopetoun and alignment of this project to it.
Subcontracting fees will be dependent on experience but in a range from $150- 250 per hour.
