Start Up Seeks Cost Analysis, Developmental Plan, Operational Outline and Revenue Projection
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are a start-up seeking seed funding for development of a working prototype website. The concept is for a peer-to-peer esport's participant wager site. The initial prototype will be limited to a single online game (online computer based single and multi-player sports game) only and allow only participant wagering only. There will be no spectator or third-party wagering built into the prototype.
The ideal candidate for this work will have a working knowledge of cost projections, revenue projections and operational analysis.
We are seeking assistance with two financial reports and one operational report. Details and initial projections will be shared upon engagement and a detailed online conference will be necessary prior to commencement. Additionally, an executed NDA will be required.
Cost Analysis: The cost analysis report will be divided into two parts. First, a detailed cost analysis based upon the functionality descriptions to be provided for the build costs for the prototype website. A large amount of proprietary coding will be necessary so the ideal candidate will have some experience with analysis of build-out costs for a bespoke hybrid ecommerce and service provider website with high levels of both service and security. The second and more speculative analysis will be a projection of operational costs of the working prototype. Data for employment salaries and marketing costs will be provided, but actual operational costs will need to be projected. The Analysis will be in the form of a cost report and supporting excel spreadsheets.
Developmental Plan and Operational Outline: A preliminary development plan for the construction of the platform along with an outline of operational functions and capacity. The plan must include reasonably projected timelines for construction and beta testing as well as process step development.
Revenue Projection: A projection of potential revenue and ROI based upon input factors to be provided. The projection will need to be segmented by market penetration and other variables.
The project can be bid either at an hourly rate and projected time of completion or flat rate. A completion deadline of three weeks is expected.
